Spend an evening at Center of the Universe Brewing Company to celebrate and enjoy Latino food, music, and beverages! Several local food trucks and vendors will be joining us in the beer garden to help us kick off the release of Tepachela, a Tepache inspired blonde ale brewed with pineapple and a touch of cinnamon and pepper. The result is a refreshing and festive beverage ripe for any occasion. While sipping and eating, The Salsa Guy and his team will be on hand with Latino beats and dance routines. This event is free to attend and open to all ages!

The Salsa Guy and the Dance Team presenting the following:
- Miguelito’s Journey (Inspired by Disney’s COCO): A moving interpretation of Miguel’s journey to visit his ancestors for Día de los Muertos.
- El Baile de los Viejitos (The Dance of the Old Men): A classic comedic performance featuring traditional campesino attire, smiling masks, and ribboned hats.
- The Waltz of La Llorona / La Catrina: A hauntingly beautiful and evocative waltz honoring the iconic “Weeping Woman” and the Grand Dame of Death.
- Regional Fusion: A high-energy mix of traditional dances ranging from Cumbia to Huapango.
