1:00-2:30 Crooked Level – an acoustic band from Richmond, Virginia, with mandolin, guitar, and upright bass playing Bluegrass, Dawg and Americana music.
3:00-4:30 Blue Plate Special – a Northern Virginia band playing Alternative and New Wave covers in the style of Nuggets-Psych-era Garage who play a decade-spanning selection of songs in the style of slightly broken-up amps in a no-frills garage.
4:30-5:30 Mary Moore – a Nashville folk-pop/indie-pop artist with powerhouse vocals and storytelling lyrics. Mary’s vocals are comparable to the power of Brandi Carlile and Florence + The Machine, but also with the sweet, quirkiness of Regina Spektor.
6:00-8:00 Mixtape Revival – a high energy cover band that brings the soundtrack of generations to life. Spanning the 1960s to today, their set lists are a curated playlist of nostalgia, surprises, and crowd favorites. Their show will have you singing along with the classics and remembering the hidden gems you forgot you loved.

12pm – 3pm: The Donnybrooks – The Donnybrooks are an Irish-American string band with roots in American Old Time music and other wide-ranging styles. Their Southern Fried, Irish Traditional music will keep your feet-tapping to a broad portfolio of tunes ranging from traditional fiddle music to sea shanties and of course, those rollicking Irish pub tunes we all know as Trad.
4pm – 7pm: Room for Improvement – A Richmond-based classic rock cover band with strong blues influences. For this event, they will be mixing in some classic Irish melodies!

Puzzle enthusiasts, start your engines! Introducing the COTU Puzzle Races! Grab some friends or come solo to compete for prizes as we see who can compile the fastest 250 piece puzzle in the universe!
Rules: Solo participants or groups will select 1 x 250 piece puzzle from our library and time during the event. On go, one of our team members will start the clock. Once completed, we will record your time. At the end of the event, the person or persons with the fastest time will receive a COTU gift card! No registration and pre-signup required. Just come in and grab a puzzle anytime between 1pm – 6pm to compete. All puzzles must be completed by 6pm to count.

🔹 The Sauerkrauts – (12:30pm – 3:30pm)
The ACCA Temple (Shrine) Sauerkrauts German Band was formed in 1976 by Philip Johnson, then Potentate of ACCA Temple, with the assistance of a fellow ACCA Band clarinet player, Robert Ashworth. They play to raise funds for the 22 Shriner’s Hospitals where children are treated for orthopedic and burn conditions with no financial responsibility to the family. All net proceeds collected by the Band go either directly to the Shriner’s Hospital Foundation or into the Transportation Fund which is used to get the children and their families to and from the Hospitals

The Royal We is a rock power trio that covers a wide variety of songs from the ’60s to the ’90s.

Oktoberfest – A blended style of Märzen and Oktoberfest to create a perfectly malty lager with just a touch of sweetness. Created to pair perfectly with a Liter Stein.
Kölsch – A classic light German-style ale that is pale yellow with a slight hop bitterness. A very approachable and fest worthy brew!
Schwarzbier (Black Lager) – A dark German-style lager with subtle roasted malt flavors and aroma with a dry and finish with lingering notes of coffee and chocolate.

The Mayor Meats (12:00pm – 7:00pm) – The Mayor is a restaurant in the Carytown district of Richmond, VA. Founded by Culinary Institute of America-trained Chef and Butcher Kyle Morse, our menu highlights locally sourced meats, house-made bread, and seasonal produce from regional farmers. Beyond the kitchen, The Mayor is a full-service butcher shop, offering premium cuts, charcuterie, and sausages, all crafted in-house.
