Center of the Universe Brewing Company (COTU) is ready for a full time Head Brewer.
Center of the Universe Brewing Company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled brewer who is eager to make their mark on the craft brewing industry. With an estimated opening of November, 2012, we want to set up our brand new brew house and cellaring equipment to the tastes of COTU’s most important asset, its brewer. Located in Ashland, VA, just outside of Richmond, COTU is looking to support a craft brew starved region of Central Virginia.With plenty of pre-production momentum building throughits charitable efforts including “Homefront IPA” and “Hops for Heroes,” COTU is looking for someone ready to join their staff in opening a much anticipated and publicized brewery. If you are ready to let your brewing skills shine, we want to make it happen.

Homefront IPA is a collaborative beer developed in 2011 by Fremont Brewing Company and Center of the Universe Brewing Company in order to raise money and awareness for Operation Homefront. Operation Homefront is a charity that provides emergency assistance to our military heroes and their families.
